Why we started
Every household solves this problem alone, badly. Someone stops coming without notice and the whole week falls apart. Meanwhile there is no shortage of people nearby looking for steady work. The matching is broken, not the supply.
Why one society at a time
Speed is easy to promise and hard to keep if your professionals are crossing the city between jobs. We open a neighbourhood only once there is a trained team living close enough to serve it properly.
What we ask of professionals
Identity verification and a background check before the first booking, then formal training on method, hygiene and conduct. Ratings after every visit decide who keeps working in a building.
What we want to build
Domestic work in India is almost entirely informal — no records, no references that travel, no path forward. A platform that keeps proper records of good work is the first step toward changing that.
